How did Green Bay come to be with us?

The Green Bay story is about everything happening at the right time, in the right place...

My name is Baiba Grinšpone. I have a wonderful, inspiring, and supportive family, and two feminine and valuable professions - a cosmetologist and a nurse, complementing each other perfectly. In 2010, I began my journey as a cosmetologist, and working in this field sparked a desire to gain knowledge and skills in medicine... After just 3 years, I obtained a diploma in nursing from Rīga Stradiņš University.

Both professions are intertwined with very important aspects of life - health, well-being, and beauty. My mission as a cosmetologist is to care for the comfort and health of my clients' facial skin not only in my office but also to provide recommendations and help choose safe and quality skin care products at home. My clients are wise and educated, and thanks to their trust and support, I began to acquire in-depth knowledge of cosmetics to better understand the composition and effects of cosmetics on our skin and body as a whole. I participated in the Latvian Cosmetologists accredited program "Cosmetic Chemistry" and the course "Natural Cosmetics Preparation" approved by the Association of Cosmetologists and Cosmetologists. Familiarizing myself and testing cosmetics made from natural ingredients, both I and my clients confidently said "yes" to natural cosmetics!!!

With the great support of my family and clients, I ventured into the world of natural cosmetics, and step by step, Green Bay arrived harmoniously. Over the course of a year, cosmetics were prepared and tested to adapt to various skin types, including sensitive skin, which is a common skin condition nowadays. I received many commendable words for the results, which inspired me to continue what I had started.

Natural cosmetics - it's about health

It has been proven that the molecules in natural cosmetics are similar to those in the human body, and the skin absorbs them better. Our body recognizes them better, and they act on our skin more slowly than artificially synthesized ones, but with a deeper and longer-lasting effect. For example, wrinkles and pores are artificially filled with silicone, creating a smooth skin sensation, but in the evening, they are washed away... and besides, the skin under the silicone layer does not breathe. On the other hand, using natural cosmetics, over time, you can notice that the skin itself begins to work, rather than the cosmetics visually improving the skin.

Today, natural and safe cosmetics are no longer a fashion item...they are necessary part of our health.

More and more people are starting to pay attention to the composition of cosmetic products they put on their skin and choose cosmetics that are friendly to the body and health.

Green Bay cosmetics are microbiologically tested. During the year , these products have been tested  on customers in the age group of 13-78 years. Green Bay cosmetics use biological, high-quality certified raw materials that are not tested on animals, do not pollute the hormonal and lymphatic systems. Chemically synthesized fragrances are not used; products are enriched with natural high-quality essential oils.
